As an Olympic athlete I have developed not just physical but emotional strength. It has shaped me to be the person I am today.

Physical wellbeing is vital to your emotional wellbeing. having learned from the best at Olympic level, I can offer Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning Training to suit your needs, with an Olympic mindset that will last you a lifetime, and help you through even the darkest of life's challenges.

As a mother to 2 children I am also aware of the challenges faced by everyday life. Being a mum is truly the hardest job in the world, much harder than competing at 4 Olympic games, nothing can challenge you like children, and I am still learning.
